Overview
WhereNet Professional Services provides a full range of
training and support offerings, delivering the highest levels support required
to design, install and maintain a WhereNet Real-Time Locating System. WhereNet
offers tailored solutions that will provide skilled expertise to meet a customer's
specific needs for deploying and managing their system. We have flexible training
and support through the following offerings. |
Training
WhereNet offers a full range of training for our customers and partners who service
and adminstrate WhereNet's RTLS system. Basic and advanced training programs
develop those skills needed to design, configure, operate, maintain and troubleshoot
the RTLS. Partners successfully completing this training combined with field
experience are qualified to support the RTLS with minimal support from WhereNet.
Customer Support
WhereNet offers flexible, comprehensive customer service packages for your software
and hardware components. As a WhereNet Support Services customer, you can be
confident of receiving fast, reliable service you can count on from extensively
trained WhereNet service representatives, engineers, programmers and trained
technicians. WhereNet offers three levels of service, Basic, Extended and Premium
Maintenance Support.
Advanced Engineering
WhereNet offers advanced
engineering services providing assistance to both end-users and customers in the
design of custom applications. WhereNet specializes in meeting the unique needs
and requirements of our customers. We have designed and implemented many custom
